Comprehensive Physical Therapy Services

Our services focus on restoring function while addressing the root causes of your limitations, not just the symptoms.

Health & Wellness Screening

Each patient undergoes a comprehensive health and wellness screening to identify risk factors that may impact their movement journey. In addition to reviewing your medical history, we assess key lifestyle and health domains to build a complete picture of your overall health.
• Breathing
• Sleep
• Nutritional Awareness
• Physical Activity
• Injury History
• Body Composition
• Behavioral Health

Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

A clinical, movement-based diagnostic system designed for individuals experiencing pain. SFMA systematically identifies the cause—not just the source—of dysfunction by breaking down movement patterns in a structured and repeatable way, allowing for precise, targeted treatment.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

A standardized screening tool used to evaluate how you move in everyday life, regardless of age or activity level. It assesses both mobility and stability, providing clear insights for program design. FMS is widely used in professional and collegiate sports, as well as military and tactical settings, to establish baselines and identify injury risk factors.

Active Release Techniques (ART)

A movement-based, hands-on treatment designed to reduce pain, release soft tissue restrictions, and restore functional movement. ART influences the central and autonomic nervous systems, the myofascial/musculoskeletal systems, and the endocrine systems eliciting mechanical, neurophysiological, and biochemical responses. These responses promote healing by facilitating improvements in tissue tension, texture, movement and function. ART is especially effective for
addressing overuse injuries, myofascial/muscle tightness, and movement limitations.

Dry Needling

A skilled intervention using thin filiform needles to target myofascial trigger points. This technique helps reduce neuromusculoskeletal pain, improve muscle function, and restore more efficient movement patterns.

Joint Mobilization

Manual therapy techniques used to address joint restrictions and improve mobility. These techniques help restore range of motion, reduce stiffness, and support more efficient, pain-free movement

Corrective Exercise

At the end of each session, you will receive customized corrective exercises designed to reinforce improvements made during treatment and address your primary movement dysfunction. These exercises fall into three main categories:

Mobility

Improve range of motion and reduce movement restrictions

Stability/Motor Control

Enhance control and stability throughout your movement ranges

Strengthening

Build the skills necessary to generate force and tension

Breathwork

Gaining awareness of your current breathing patterns and identifying opportunities for improvement is essential for symptom management and effective movement. Breathing serves as the foundation for mobility and stability, influencing pain, posture, motor control, sleep, and overall functional performance.
